As you can probably tell LAAT has a strong military backbone, we train not like airsoft but like it's our lives. "A team is only as good as it's worst man" Althrough aklowedging that we do reward more prosperous team members with more command and team respect. We so this through a series of ranks, Recruits up through Officer ranks. *Ranks worn of those of the the AJROTC (Army Junior Reserved Officer Training Corp)

LAAT Enlisted ranks

Recruit - equal to E-1, has no stripes. This rank is held untill the recruit is deemed to rise to Private or Private 1st Class* A recruit has absolutely NO authority on or off the field. They may be assigned to do many diffrent things, and they must follow them

Private - Equal to E-2, This is the ranks received after Recruit and is when the Player is fully accepted as part of the team. This is when the player may select his combat oriented position on the team.

Private 1st Class - Equal to E-3, this rank is received after deemed nesecary by there assigned Sergeant, and also after passing the LAAT promotion test. Rank may also be earned during entry Recruit stage, when the new player shows leadership ability and is morally high

Corporal - Equal to E-4, For any player to earn the title as Coporal they must be selected by there assigned Sgt, which must then be reviewed and Approved by the CO. They must also hav passed there must recent promotion test. the rank of Cpl is also the automatically given rank to any SAW gunner

Sergeant  -  Equal to E-5 team, to earn the this rank players must be selected by the CO, or XO, and then reviewed by the CO. This is also the rank held by the XO When the team has only 8 or less members, and held by the CO when the team posses 4 or less players. Sergeant serve as squad leaders in place of the XO, and CO. Any fully approved sniper automatically holds the ranks of Sgt

Staff Sergeant -  Equal to E-6, This rank is held by the CO of a Team with 8 players.  The CO is responsible for teh entire team. If team has 10 Players this is the ranks that the XO holds, and is considered 2nd in command of the team. And he/she also assumes the command of PA(Public Affairs Sgt)

Sergeant 1st Class - Equal to E-7, This rank is held by the CO of a team with 10 players

Master Sergeant -  Equal E-8  to Held by the XO when the team has more than 12 players
