Physical Training/ Morally Fit
Yes LAAT has Physical training(PT) demands. Now to get onto the team PT requirements are very mininum but over the course of the team the demands well rise. Our team has two diffrent sessions of PT. The 1st is standard PT: This involves wearing comfy clothing for running and calistenics. The 2nd is Field PT: This requires the wear of complete BDU's and comebat gear *No ammo or weapons are carried during this* Now during Field PT (FPT) we utilize water alot but we don't go swimming so swimming is not a needed skill. *So note don't carry electronics on FPT days, or it'll be it'll get ruined.
INDOC Course
To officially joint the ranks of LAAT you must complete the 8 hour Indoctination course

3. Comfy shoes (Tennis shoes, running shoes) No vans or basketball shoe

1. Woodland BDU trousers
2. Woodland BDU blouse
3. Woodland Patrol cap
4. Black t-shirt
5. Black boots
6. Blac socks
6. OD pistol belt, + 2 canteens + y-type harness (Speak to me if u need to know where to purchase these items)
